At this time, we only ship within Canada. We are happy to quote shipping outside of Canada. Please reach out to thedecorshoppeinfo@gmail.com

 

GENERAL DECOR ITEMS

We make every effort to ship your order out as fast as possible. All general items are shipped directly from Markham, ON. Once your Items has shipped you can expected  to receive your order within 5-7 business days from receipt. (excluding holidays). 

 

THE DÉCOR SHOPPE attempts to recycle whenever possible. Your order may arrive in a box that is reused from our own packaging to reduce our waste in the world.

 

OVERSIZE ITEMS 

Rug and artwork orders cannot be cancel after 24 hours. Once an order is created, it is sent to the manufacturer.  

Oversize items such as arts and rugs have a longer lead time and they are all shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Our artwork is custom, made-to-order. Please allow 6-8 weeks from our vendor for fulfillment and delivery. Due to the custom nature of our pieces, all artwork sales are final. Most of our rugs, subject to availability, you can typically expect to receive it within 4-6 weeks of the order date. If your order is out of stock we will contact you to provide an estimated back in stock date. We will communicate with you as and when we received an updates from our vendors.

Some oversize items may be shipped with a freight carrier or third party delivery company. 

 

***Please note, your order may encounter delays due to busy season, supply issues, inclement weather or various other reasons. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

Currently Local pick-up is available for select items only. Information will be specified in each product description. Once we processed and packed your order, we will send you an email  with pickup instructions to confirm and arrange the date you wish to collect your order within 7 days. Storage fees may apple if a product is warehoused for an extended period of time. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Currently Local Delivery is available for artwork only. Please review our Local Delivery page for more information. 

 

CANADA DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

The Decor Shoppe offer free shipping on orders over $199 before tax, exclusions apply for artworks and rugs. Please note all General Decor Item and Artwork must be ordered separately to be eligible for free shipping. 

 

Flat Rate Shipping is $20 for general item orders below $199 before tax. 

***Rural Location may be subject to addition shipping charge. If your order requires extra fees, you will be contacted with a quote for approval and payment.

 

Shipping cost of Artworks and Rugs are calculated at checkout.
