Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the items purchased from THE DÉCOR SHOPPE, select items maybe be returned within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise will only eligible for a refund if it is in its original condition and packaging. Returns that are damaged , soiled or altered may not be accept.
All custom orders, made to order items, sales items, artwork, apothecary, found item and rug are final sale and can not be returned. Please consider this prior to placing your order.
Returning an items is at your own risk and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damages during return transit, we may not be able to provide any refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damage, defective or incorrect. Please inspect your products and either refuse delivery if damaged or notify us within 48 hours. We will need pictures of the damaged items and the shipping packaging in order to process a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once all items have been received and inspected. Customer will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
In some case, a restocking fee of 20% and return shipping cost is assessed on non-refundable and canceled items. Please contact thedecorshoppeinfo@gmail.com for more details on how to return your order. Do not ship items back to us without any instructions.
