Where do we ship to?

THE DÉCOR SHOPPE currently ships across Canada. We are working hard to accommodate shipping international countries in the near future. 

 

When will payment processed?

All payments are processed and collected at the time of order placement, regardless of lead time or back order dates.

 

Can I modify or add items to an order that has been placed?

Yes, if we have not shipped your original order. Contact us via email to place an additional order.

 

How do I make a return?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items with 14 days of purchase for a full refund.  After 14 days a 20% restocking fee will be applied for returns. Please visit our Return page for more details.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact thedecorshoppeinfo@gmail.com within 24 hours for assistance. 

Please note: any custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation after 24 hours. Please refer to our Return page for additional details. 

 

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Defects and damages are subject to inspection and approval. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if any item arrive damaged in transit. Contact us at thedecorshoppeinfo@gmail.com to report any damaged/defective item so we can provide effective and prompt solutions.

  

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

 

Can I combined discount code?

No. Discount codes are only applicable for one discount per order and not eligible for sales items.
